Motor system:
Using brushless motor series excited of high efficiency industrial grade;there are two selected configurations of single-phase voltage(110V/220V);its enameled heat levels up to 200 degrees, specifically designed for long crane.
Broke system:
Dual brake system with one mechanical rachet gear brakes and the other brake resistor short ciruit controller; formula oiled copper disc brakes with high friction coefficient, which needs no adjustement; immediately brake in power outage or malfunction, great safety and long life.
Security system:
Cable stops automatically over the volume limit;
Cable stops automatically when inversing.
Electronic control system:
Direct control which saves tedious lines and has the advantages of easy with sparate power line and quick connector makes it easy to carry.
Cable Specification:
Japan imported steel wire from large manufacturing firms with 3-fold safety factor.
Gear system:
Use drive bevel reducing gear of high efficiency;heat treated alloy steel gear with its intensity three times higher than the rated hoist.
Electric mini wire rope winch description
The steel wire rope carries heavy objects. The motor has greater strength and faster speed, about 19m/Min. The lifting speed of this small electric hoist is fast. The lifting speed of the general electric wire rope hoist is 8 m/min, and the lifting speed of this electric hoist can reach 19 m/min. This electric hoist is a hook type, which is simple and convenient to install.
Electric mini wire rope winch advantages
1. Over-coiling prevention device: When the wire rope is coiled to the line, the power supply will be automatically cut off and automatically stopped immediately to prevent collisions.
2. Reversal prevention device: It has the function of preventing reversal, and it will stop automatically when reversal occurs.
3. Double safety brake device: When the motor is used as the power, the motor will decelerate instantly when the power is cut off. At the same time, the mechanical ratchet brake is activated. The double safety brake device prevents the electric hoist from braking failure, which greatly enhances the safety of use.
4. The motor of the mini electric hoist is made of aluminum material, which has better heat dissipation function.
