SH Chain Hoist Features:
1. lift capacity from 0.125T to 6.3T.
2. Various configurations are available for selection.
3. Adopting a new type of suspension structure design, the lifting sprocket is convenient for inspection and maintenance
4. The whole adopts high-strength aluminum alloy design, light weight and small size.
5. With modular design, production, installation and maintenance are simple and fast.
SH hoist standard with:
1. 3m lift chain, can be customized longer. 1M power supply cable.
2. Lifting motor with IP55 Protection level, travel motor with IP54 Protection level.
3. Upper and lower electronic limit switches.
4. Standard with mechanical load limiter.
5. High-strength chain, surface carburizing and galvanizing treatment.
6. The lift hook can be rotated 360 degrees and is equipped with a safety lock.
7. Wooden box packing.
The standard fixed type SH electric chain hoist adopts hanging plate connection. It can also be connected by hook type or other fixed suspension form according to different scene requirements.
Hanging plate installation connection is usually used in occasions where there is no disassembly after installation or where there is very little movement.
After installation, the lifting space can still be satisfied.
If there is no need to disassemble after installation, if some special equipment is used as a set, we recommend using rigid two-point connection to fix it.
The advantage is that it can prevent the supporting equipment of the hoist from shaking while ensuring the lifting space.
